Süleyman Er

Suleyman joined the navy in 1972 and graduated from Turkish Naval Academy in 1979. He did varity of branch positions at sea and staff tasks in the Turkish Navy and Turkish General Staff Headquarters since 1999.
He graduated in 1988 from Naval War College and in 1994 from Armed Forces College.
He did also NATO military trainings and duties. He graduated from NATO Defence College in 1996 and from Royal Army Educational Centre in 1992. He was the National Military Naval Representative in SHAPE/Mons during 1999-2001.
Suleyman was retired in 2006. He was the Managing Director of Bergama Mining Company between 2007-2010. He established Kechisailing Yacht Training Centre in 2010.
He had been involved in the building process of the first boat of “33 ft. Lobster serial-build project” as the Procurement and Quality Control Supervisor.
He is a co-founder of Kechi Sailing since 2010, Naucean Yachting since 2021 and Blue Marine Survey since 2022.
