İbrahim Duman

İbrahim joined the navy in 1974. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1982. After having done jobs on frigates and destroyers, he retired in 2005.

In his training carrier, he completed his Master’s degree in Business Management and PhD in Human Resources Performance Management.

He has been working as a project manager at Kechisailing since 2005.

He is a co-founder of Kechi Sailing since 2010, Naucean Yachting since 2021 and Blue Marine Survey Companies since 2022.
