Doğan Denizmen

Dogan began sea life on age 15 with small motor boats. He joined the navy in 1973 and graduated in 1980 from Turkish Naval Academy as an ensign. After having spent time as an Officer on different types of Destroyers and Frigates, he was promoted to Admiral rank in 2006.

He graduated in 1990 from Naval War College and in 1995 from Armed Forces College.

During his carrier, he attended to the Operational Sea Training in Plymouth as Chief Commander of Turkish Frigate TCG ORUÇREİS. He was the first crew of two frigates from the building phase. He was Military Attache to Tokyo in 2002.

Dogan was retired in 2011 from the navy. After having joined Yacht Training Center Kechisailing, he is the manager of professional yacht training section of Kechisailing since 2012.

He is a co-founder of Naucean Yachting since 2021 and Blue Marine Survey since 2022.
